The Defiant Heroine – EILA WALKER
Barnstable High School senior Eila Walker knows that good luck skips over her like an Easter Bunny on Speed. So when she inherits her grandmother’s million-dollar Cape Cod home, she is downright shocked.
And yeah, her new town isn’t perfect: the cheerleaders are heinous clones, the local undertow can kill ya, and her Great Grams was supposedly fried by lightning in the harbor square.
Still, Eila is hopeful her luckless days are in the past . . . until history decides to repeat itself.

I know this will be a true literary masterpiece that will be well-written. Unlike so many books that are in print out there. Not to bash any by any means…I can barely write my name. Bravo Kate!!

I will be posting unpublished writtings from my wonderfully, talented cousin Kate Robotham Conway as often as possible. I feel that everyone should see how creative she is. Much of what I have posted or will post have come from her as yet unpublished manuscript “408 on Main” I for one desperately want to read it so maybe if enough readers come forward in Kate’s favor, some publisher will come along and see the genius that is Kate Conway ‘s writing.
